Jeanmarie Schieler is Director of Human Resources Support Services and is responsible at Orange & Rockland for planning and directing the activities and operations of the HR Service Center, HR policy and communications, and for ensuring that appropriate human resources policies are in place to deliver quality services and programs to O&R. She was formerly the section manager, Human Resources Communications and Projects at Con Edison.

Ms. Schieler joined Con Edison in 1989 as an attorney in Regulatory Services. Her previous positions include staff attorney, Legal Services, and senior staff attorney and senior attorney, Labor, Employment, Benefits & Workers' Compensation. Ms. Schieler holds a law degree from St. John's University School of Law.
