Mr. Peverly is Vice President of Operations, and is responsible for Orange & Rockland's electric and gas divisions, including the operation, construction and maintenance of all electric and gas transmission and distribution facilities.

Over his past 26 years in the utility business, Mr. Peverly has held a number of progressive management and engineering assignments in Electric Operations, Gas Operations and Construction Management.
