Payments can be made at any time. If you need to speak to our payment agent representative, please call during
their regular business hours:
Mon-Fri: 8am-8pm
Sat: 8am-2pm
The agent charges a fee of $3.85 for payments up to $600. (An additional
fee of $3.85 will be charged for every additional $600 payment).
Allow 48 hours for payment to be posted to your account.
O&R, Rockland Electric Company and PCL&P do not receive any portion
of the convenience fee.
