ez Serve Account Center

With their stainless steel exterior, touch screen monitor and keyboard, they look like bank ATMs. In fact, they're automated payment machines and mini customer account centers.

O&R has installed automated payment machines at three of its Customer Service locations. Called ez Serve, the machine lets you pay your energy bill by check, gives you a receipt for payment and allows you to view your payment and billing history and enroll in Automatic Bill Payment on the spot.
